maybe someone already knows, but I have a project started last year to create a European Madden community (EMC) made up of only European players: DISCORD: https://discord.gg/NTw43Na

All the social networks and logos have been created but cause my many activities in the Italian Madden community I don't have the time to develop the European project, so I look for another Community Manager interested to invest time in this project.

Phase 1:

- recruitment of players (all platforms) from various European countries (except Italy)

- push to organize friendly matches

- communicate news on madden NFL 22 and subsequent updates

Phase 2:

- organize Fantasy Football with community members (August 2021 min 12 players)

- organize mini tournaments (from October 2021)

Phase 3:

- organize a European league made up of European players (January 2022)

The developments are extremely interesting.

I need 1 official community manager assistant.

Requirements:

- experience of playing in Madden for at least 3 years

- knowledge of the English language

- knowledge of the discord platform (even basic)

- time to be spent on the project continuously

Currently the role is unpaid, but as it is happening in the Italian community, there could be interesting developments, sponsorships, etc. etc. so that it can become a real job in the gaming world.
